Current Service Agreements and Acts of Modification of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (HHS) The Service Agreement defines the health services, teaching, research and other services to be provided by HHS, as well as the funding to be provided to HHS for the provision of these services. It also defines the results that should be achieved by HHS and how their performance is measured. There is a service agreement between the Ministry of Health and each hospital and health service (HHS) for the provision of public health services. The current service contract covers the period from 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2022. All changes made to the service contract during this period are recorded in an act of amendment. This signed service agreement contains funding, activity and performance requirements for the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service 2019-2022. If you have any questions, please contact the Contract and Benefits Management Service: the acts of modification are published within 14 days of signature by the Director General of the Ministry of Health and the Chairman of the Hospital and Health Commission.
