APS United has made a triumphant return to AV’s men’s premier division by placing fifth in the opening event of the XCR season at Jells Park. There were other stellar team efforts, with both the mens’s and women’s 50+ teams dominating their divisions to win gold, while the M40+ and W40+ teams won minor medals. The highlight among the overage performances was the comeback run of APSOC and St Kevin’s AC legend, Richard Hope.
