Round 4 of the AV XCR season took runners to picturesque Cruden Farm in Langwarrin. APSU’s best performed teams were the overage men – the M40 team, led by Mark Frater, came 1st, M50 2nd and M60 1st. The women found it harder going, but all teams remain well placed.
