Superb runs from Bev Thomas (1st W50) and Anna Kasapis (2nd W40) have helped APSU to three women’s team wins at the 12k Cross Country Champs at Cruden Farm. Meanwhile the men’s division 1 team showed improved form, again lead by Tom Bowers (12th place overall).
