Matt Bayley (OH) dominated the half marathon at Westerfolds Park to set a new course standard and record what is likely to be the greatest winning margin in an APSOC race (13 minutes). Tom Rickards (OW) was another clear winner in the 10k. Sarah Lund (OH) ran impressively in the 5k. Go to the APSOC from 2013 tab for the full results.
