It was a perfect day for running at Westerfolds Park and Anthony Aloisio (SK)and Anna Kasapis (OW) took full advantage, setting new men’s and women’s course records in the 10k and 5k races respectively. Anna also set a new mark for the W40+ age category, recording an outstanding 85.3% age grading on a hilly course.
