Round 1 of the 2023 season at Jells Park has seen the W40 team, led by the in form Anna Kasapis, and the M60 team both win relay gold medals. The W50 team grabbed silver and the M50 team bronze. Among the open age men, Ben Beischer was the standout, finishing in the top ten fastest runners on the day, a tremendous achievement.
