Team success has been rare for the club in recent years, but this year’s Williamson 5k saw a narrow win for Haileybury AC in division 1. Haileybury’s success was based on youth, with many students turning out during their term break, including Amy Bunnage, who achieved the remarkable feat of being the fastest female in the field at the ripe old age of 13. Paul Barton (OB) was a popular sealed handicap winner. Oh, and some bloke called Craig Mottram (OGG) made his APSOC debut.
