Izzy De Castella showed her class with a strong 5th placing (1st W40) in the AV 15k Road Championships at Lake Wendouree last weekend. It was a better performance all round by the APSU teams, with the M40, M50 and W40 now at or close to the top of their respective premiership ladders.
