Although no overage medals were on offer, the AV 12k Cross Country Championships at Cruden Farm saw many APSOC-registered athletes finishing in the top three in their age group. Ant Rickards (APSU) was the leading M50+ athlete, while Alan Colman (OX) was the 2nd fastest M55+ runner. Monica Lammers and Anne Martin (both APSU) were the 2nd and 3rd fastest W55+ runners and Rob Schwerkolt was 3rd in the M60+ age group.
