The AV 10k Cross Country Championships at Bundoora Park saw Anna Kasapis and Bev Thomas taking gold and silver medals in the W40+ and W50+ divisions respectively. Mark Frater made a welcome return, grabbing a bronze medal in the M45+ division. Tom Bowers, competing in his first year as a senior athlete, placed 13th overall, just a few seconds outside the top ten.
