Two flags for St Kevin’s

11 August 2018

By winning both the division 1 and women’s team events at the Cooke-McClelland 8 km, St Kevin’s has won two APSOC premierships for 2018. Only Old Xaverians have previously won the two divisions in the same year (in 2010 and 2012). This made it back to back flags for SK in division 1. Old Scotch’s second team won division 2 and will be promoted to division 1 next season. David Thomas became the first Old Carey athlete to win the Cooke-McClelland in the long history of the event, with Charlotte Imer (SK) winning the women’s race on debut. Final team scores for 2018 can be found via the links to Results-Awards-Club Championships.
