APS United had another excellent day at the AV Tan Relay, with 44 athletes representing the club in eleven teams. The M50 team won gold again to remain undefeated for the season, while the M40’s won silver and the U20’s bronze. But the highlight was the men’s division 1 team finishing 4th, with all six team members (including three aged under 20) dipping under 12 minutes. World Championships representative Alex Rowe was our fastest runner. Results can be found under the Results tab by year or event.
