APS United has capped its best ever XCR season by winning three AV premierships and finishing as runners-up in two other divisions. Prior to the final event, the Tan Relay, APSU had already won men’s division 4, but needed wins over particular teams in four other divisions to have a shot at an unprecedented five flags. We were successful in two out of the four divisions, winning men’s division 2 and women’s 40+, giving us three premierships altogether. The M40+ and 50+ teams, missing key runners, had to be content with finishing as runners-up. The division 2 premiership means that APSU will return to Premier Division in 2020.
