APS United had just four women competing in the XCR 10k Cross Country Championships in Ballarat, but Andrea Lung, Monica Lammers and Anne Martin (with a little help from Bec Dutkowski) managed to win three divisions – open div 3, W40 and W50 – a truly outstanding feat. After six rounds, the APSU M60 squad already looks to have the premiership wrapped up.
