Having runners of the star quality of Anna Kasapis and Vanessa Wilson in the same W40 team makes APSU well-nigh unbeatable in that division. The APSU M60 team remains similarly dominant. Meanwhile the W50 team is quietly working its way towards back-to-back premierships. The open men’s team, which included schoolboys Bart Leeton and Rory Vial, had an average age not far beyond 20, so finishing second in division 2 was a fine effort.
