At a new temporary venue for the Williamson 5k, Akoonah Park in Berwick, Old Wesley bounced back from their Hooley Relay loss to win in open division 1, while the Old Xaverians women returned the favour (albeit narrowly over Haileybury) by winning their division. Matt Clarke (OX) ran a super fast time in the soggy conditions of 15:29. Alex Paterson (OX) won the women’s race and David Nickels was first on handicap.
