There were modest results for APSOC runners in the open 8k cross country at St Anne’s Winery in Bendigo. Overage results were strong however, with medals to APSU runners Monica Lammers (gold W55), Ant Rickards (bronze M50), Rob Schwerkolt (bronze M60) and Anne Martin (bronze W55), plus another bronze to OX’s Alan Colman (M55).
