APSU’s women’s teams swept all before them at this year’s Sandown Road Relays, dominating both the W40+ and W50+ divisions. Meanwhile our first men’s team, made up of runners aged 22 years or younger, held its own against far more experienced Premier Division teams. Tom Bowers (8th fastest in the open men’s field) and Vanessa Wilson (3rd fastest woman) were outstanding.
